Lexi
Barn Manager
Lexi is a CHA certified instructor who has been teaching since 2017. She started riding at 7 years old and is trained in both western and english riding. She has owned one of her horses, Sanders, since 2016 and has trained him in a variety of disciplines: barrels, working as a dude string horse, working as a lesson horse, and obstacles. Lexi loves to teach group lessons and help children gain confidence and self esteem through horsemanship. In addition to teaching, she also runs her own horse training program!
Bri
Bri specializes in western riding and has been a part of the Cloverleaf family for over 16 years. Bri has 5 years experience as an instructor, including 2 years working with the Boy Scouts of America. There she taught horsemanship badge certification and horse camping. Bri assists in managing the health and wellness of the Cloverleaf herd and works in both our riding school and summer camp programs. Her greatest passion is her family’s work in giving retired lesson horses their forever home.
Cassie
Cassie has been an instructor at Cloverleaf Ranch since 2021. She started riding at a young age and spent her whole life with horses. Cassie has done cow work, cowboy challenges, poles and barrels. Her long term goal is to train horses! She did FFA in high school, where she showed market steers. When she’s not here at Cloverleaf, you can find her with her horse, Jackson, or playing softball or volleyball!
Carlie
Carlie has been riding since she was 13. She really fell in love with the sport at 16 when she started her job working with a western trainer. 6 years ago she started assisting with lessons, and 4 years ago she started teaching on her own. She came to Cloverleaf to focus on her love of teaching and bringing the joy of riding to new people. Her goal is to fully train a horse from beginning to end!
Izzy
Izzy, who brings a lifelong passion for horses and teaching. She began riding at age five and grew up in Healdsburg, exploring a variety of disciplines before becoming a camp counselor and teaching young riders.
After some time away, Izzy returned to the barn with a renewed love for sharing her knowledge. Her background includes jumping and dressage, and she now enjoys trail riding, especially bareback.
Izzy is known for her encouraging teaching style and her focus on building confidence, horsemanship, and a strong connection between horse and rider. Outside the arena, she enjoys time on the trails with her horses, Bert and Quinton, along with her fiancée and their two dogs.
